Chris is an entrepreneur and former IT program director with 20 years experience delivering systems and integration programs for both SMEs and large enterprises. He has overseen programs of work valued at over $360m, including business-critical delivery for Commonwealth Bank and Macquarie Bank. He has founded, acquired and grown seven businesses, with deep e-commerce and digital expertise.
Brenton is a former packaging industry CEO with over 30 years of operational leadership across Asia Pacific. He spent 15 years as President Asia Pacific for MCC Label, a $2.5 billion global packaging group, leading a 1,000-person performance-focused operation generating $150m in annual revenue. He brings deep packaging and manufacturing expertise, as well as proven M&A integration capability.
Henry is a former Big 4 partner with over 30 years of experience in advisory and CFO roles across manufacturing, agriculture and mining sectors. As CFO of a Fortune 500 Packaging company's Indonesian subsidiary, he executed major plant expansion and management system enhancement programs. He has completed over $3 billion in M&A due diligence and debt restructuring across 100+ acquisitions.
